Each subject, students will learn within 6 weeks (except business project) with an advanced integrated learning model including: Online, Live, Study in class and do student's homework with the total time required. study equivalent to 20 hours/week to achieve the highest efficiency.

  • Detailed planning of management actions to execute the strategy in changing business situations.
  • Balancing elements of competitive enforcement within the organization in strategy creation and implementation.
Subject: Financial Report for Decision Making
  • Explains basic terms and concepts of both financial accounting and management accounting that enable the interpretation of information in financial statements.
  • Identify the role and limitations of general purpose financial statements in informing decision making.
  • Use financial analysis tools to evaluate external financial statements for performance, location, and working capital requirements.
  • Apply cost behavior concepts and different cost systems to decision making.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of budgets for planning and control.
  • Analyze internal accounting reports to evaluate business performance.
Subject: Contemporary People Management
  • Understand the basics of human resource management strategy and its contribution to organizational performance; and about the difficulties in applying human resource management in practice.
  • Learn and improve cognitive skills (HR analysis) at different levels in the organization.
  • Learn and practice techniques in human resource management, such as job analysis, selection interviews, training, evaluation, compensation and benefits management, and more.

  • Analyze the theoretical framework of digital marketing.
  • Evaluating digital consumer behavior in the context of marketing strategy.

  • Describe the critical role logistics operations and management play in business operations.
