The Real Estate Program at UEH is a university-level real estate training program geared towards environmentally and socially sustainable development. The program produces practitioners and professionals who have knowledge and skills in the economic and business fields related to real estate, understand the relationship between urban development and sustainable development, and have social responsibility.

PROGRAM LEARNING OUTCOMES
1. Knowledge:
- Ability to apply knowledge of micro, macro and urban economics to analyze phenomena related to the real estate market
- Ability to apply basic knowledge of urban planning & design to understand planning analysis related to market and sustainable development
- Have legal knowledge related to land use and real estate. For students majoring in real estate development, understand and explain the legal aspects of real estate business
- Proficient in applying financial knowledge to analyze spreadsheets of costs, revenues, and financial issues related to real estate investment, business, and valuation. For students majoring in real estate investment, they have more advanced knowledge of corporate financial analysis.
- Ability to use basic knowledge of the real estate development process to understand the ecosystem of real estate businesses in Vietnam and abroad
- Ability to competently apply knowledge of marketing and real estate development process to analyze and evaluate market research
2. Skills:
- Ability to organize research to find answers to a complex problem using quantitative methods and specialized software
- Ability to apply critical, creative and growth thinking in analyzing, evaluating and solving problems from different perspectives
- Mastering the construction and organization of professional presentations on issues in the field of expertise
- Proficient in written communication in a professional environment
- Master how to organize and manage a working group effectively and can apply it in practice at a basic level

In addition to the above output standards, graduates meet the output standards of foreign language ability, informatics, physical education, and defense education as follows:
- Having foreign language ability level 3/6 Vietnam's Foreign Language Competency Framework, reaching TOEIC 500
- Obtained IC3 (Internet and Computing Core Certification)
- Obtain a Certificate of Physical Education
- Obtain a certificate of National Defense Education
CAREER DEVELOPMENT
Real estate graduates can take up jobs as real estate market analysts, real estate brokers, real estate asset managers such as court administrators. Homeowners, Hotel Managers, Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysts, Real Estate Appraisers. Graduates can work at real estate investment and development companies, investment funds, banks and financial companies, auditing and valuation firms, tax authorities, associations. Real estate, Appraisal Association, related departments such as Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Research Institute.
